Who we are

INNENT TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "us") is based in Kenya and operates this website, the client portal and the Kaparo virtual assistant. We handle personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Contact us about privacy at info@innent.top.

What we collect

  • Enquiries and quote requests: name, email, phone, organization and the message you send.
  • Client accounts: name, email, phone, organization, password (stored only as a one-way hash), orders, quotations, invoices, payment references, project files and support tickets.
  • Kaparo chat: your messages, any contact details you give, and the conversation summary used for handover.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser details and security logs, used to prevent abuse and keep the service running.

How we use it

To answer enquiries, prepare quotations and invoices, deliver and support your projects, secure accounts, meet legal obligations and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.

Kaparo and AI processing

Kaparo answers many questions from our own catalogue and approved information. For some free-form questions, the text of your message is sent to Google's Gemini AI service. Before that, we remove phone numbers, emails, and anything resembling passwords, card numbers, ID numbers or API keys. Please never share passwords, PINs or card numbers in chat. You can ask Kaparo to erase a conversation at any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for sign-in, security and your basket. If analytics is enabled on this site, we measure page visits and button clicks in aggregate; we honour browsers' Do Not Track setting.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (hosting, email/SMS delivery, AI processing and payment verification), when you ask us to (for example WhatsApp follow-up), or when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, tax and accounting records. We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls and audit logging.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@innent.top. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (Kenya).

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
