Terms of Service

The ground rules for using our website and services.

Last updated: October 2026

1. About these terms

By using this website, creating a client account or ordering from INNENT TECHNOLOGIES, you agree to these terms. Project-specific terms (scope, timelines, payment schedule, refunds and support) are set out in the quotation, invoice or agreement you accept, and take priority over this page where they differ.

2. Accounts

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk.

3. Quotations, orders and invoices

Prices shown for fixed-price services are as listed at the time of ordering. Custom work is priced in a quotation, valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. An order or project starts when you confirm it and, where required, payment is verified. Chat and website estimates are not invoices.

4. Payments

Pay using the details on your invoice, then submit the transaction reference. An invoice is marked paid only after we verify the payment.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You must have the right to supply the text, images, domain names and data you give us, and you must not use our services for unlawful, abusive or infringing activity.

6. Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of deliverables are as agreed in your quotation or contract. Our platforms (including Church360, Attendance Intelligence and Kaparo), code, designs and branding remain our property unless a written agreement says otherwise.

7. Hosted services and availability

We work to keep hosted services available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and events outside our control may cause downtime.

8. Virtual assistant

Kaparo is an automated assistant. It can make mistakes and cannot bind us to prices or commitments beyond what an issued quotation or invoice states. Ask for a team member at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
